On 19th May 2023, Timothy James Keller – celebrated pastor, theologian, author, and public Christian – died following a long battle with cancer.
Keller had a seismic impact on public Christianity. His books and sermons reached millions of people around the world; he was described by the New Yorker as “perhaps the most gifted communicator of historically orthodox Christian teachings in (America).”
Undeceptions was lucky enough to host Keller on episode 63, ‘With Keller’.
This episode looks back to that interview, alongside a chat with Keller’s close friend and biographer Collin Hansen.
Meet our guests

Collin Hansen was a close friend of Tim Keller. He currently works as editor-in-chief of The Gospel Coalition and also serves as executive director of the Keller Centre for Apologetics. His book Timothy Keller: His Spiritual and Intellectual Formation is out now.
